Hello, and welcome to my website.

I would like to tell you a few things about myself.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis (Chronic & Progressive), Type 1 Diabetes (insulin dependant) & Multiple Sclerosis (Secondary progressive).

I am 50 years old. I was married and have two lovely grown up daughters, Tracy and Michelle, and not to forget my loyal dog Louis.

I am also the person responsible for producing the FES DVD (see details below) It has taken 18 months to make and was filmed by Ronnie Irwin (Irwin Video Productions Ltd)

My Book

I have almost finished a book based on my life as a fit person and then as a person who had spent three years in a wheel chair, then I got a second chance, hence ‘Undisabled.com’. The book is about myself from a very early age, to life in a wheel chair and more.

What is in the book?

You will feel all the emotions. You will laugh, cry and maybe even cringe by some of the very colourful language, but that is life as I see it, there is no smut but a very true story. It ends with a story within a story about FES and it's benefits to people like myself who have MS and other neurological conditions. Everyone should be given the chance to try it.

It is my aim through my book, the DVD and my website to bring attention to the simple fact that the conditions I have, prove that life doesn't necessarily stop when the chips are down.

I have included a section of tips I have picked up over the years, I hope may be helpful, or you may have a tip or tips you want to share with other people. I have found some things that may help with the problems these illnesses can bring.
